Stars
Every coin on Corium is drawn as a star, rendered live in your browser. The star is not decoration: it is the coin's state, readable at a glance.
One star per coin
A coin's star is generated from its mint address: its colours, turbulence, flares and the way it will eventually die. Two coins never share a star, and a coin's star never changes into someone else's.
The life of a star
As SOL comes into the curve, the star grows through the stages of a real star's life:
| Curve filled | Stage |
|---|---|
| 0 – 10% | Protostar, a young, dusty star |
| 10 – 30% | Main sequence |
| 30 – 54% | Blue giant |
| 54 – 72% | Red giant |
| 72 – 90% | Supergiant |
| 90 – 100% | Critical, the final stretch |
Selling takes a star back down. The stages are shown on every card and coin page.
The final stretch
The last 10% of the curve (from 76.5 to 85 SOL) is the final stretch. The star turns critical: it flares, throws off matter and is visibly about to go. Buying in the final stretch is how you earn a share of the supernova bounty.
Two endings
Supernova. When the curve fills and the coin graduates, the star explodes. What stays is its nebula, the coin's remnant, shown on the Supernovas page with the bounty it paid and how many wallets split it.
Black hole. A coin with no trades for 7 days collapses into a black hole. It is shown under Collapsed. It isn't gone: one buy brings the star back at the stage its curve is at.
Trades you can see
Trades hit the star as they happen. Buys fall in as streaks of plasma, and sells are thrown back out into space. Your own trades are drawn in amber.
Share cards
Every coin page has a Share button that renders a card with the coin's star at full quality: its market cap and curve, or its supernova and bounty. When you hold a coin, you can also share your position (profit or loss), and after a supernova, the bounty you won. Download it, copy it, or post it straight to X.
